A well-established, mission-driven community health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for its growing primary care team in Lancaster, California. You provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan within a multidisciplinary team, serving an underserved community.

Position Highlights

• $228,000-$350,000, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Full-time outpatient practice, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Active DEA registration and current BLS or CPR certification
• FQHC or community health center experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred
