This is an in-office, customer-focusedposition for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning products, andhelping customers get the most out of their experience. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist , you will serve as a keypoint of contact for customers who need assistance with our products andservices. You’ll troubleshoot questions and issues, explain solutions clearly,document customer interactions, and work with internal teams when additionalsupport is needed. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, patient,detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can confidently workthrough problems while maintaining a positive customer experience. Work Hours Full-time, in-office Pay $18/ hour Duties Providetimely, professional product support to customers by phone, email, live chat,or other support channels.
