Our specialty includes EarWell® technology for correcting infant ear shapes without surgery. We are looking for a full‑time Clinician in our pediatric clinical outpatient setting in Fredericksburg, VA, working exclusively with infants. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®. Correct ear shapes using EarWell® devices. Provide expert evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related conditions. Develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Backgrounds We Consider Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists with anatomy and development knowledge. Registered Nurses experienced in hands‑on patient care. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists with orthotic fitting experience. Qualifications Licensed RN. Prior pediatric experience required. Minimum 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts).
