As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a chance to work across all areas of the company to help drive recruitment of new talent. This position will work directly with the Human Resources Director in the development of effective talent recruitment and assist in facilitation of human resources initiatives. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with the HR team, a commitment to excellent talent recruitment, and alignment with our core values and culture. What You’ll Do Assist in full-cycle recruiting process Post job openings on company website and various employment sites Track and sort applications and responses for open positions Schedule initial interviews with selected candidates Assist with onboarding new hires Actively reach out to cold and warm prospects through phone calls and in-person interactions Assist in administering recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn Attend recruitment and professional networking events to develop a talent pipeline Conduct follow-up calls and engagement surveys with new hires to ensure a seamless transition to Kidwell Travel to Lincoln, Kearney, or Des Moines locations as needed to serve as an HR liaison Other HR duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relatable experience required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach and positive attitude. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
