Junior Marketing Associate – Entry Level Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | Entry Level At BOL Partners, our marketing team connects brands with customers through face-to-face sales, engagement, customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, and live experiences. We're expanding in Milwaukee and looking for a Junior Marketing Associate who wants to gain hands‑on marketing experience while developing valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills. What you’ll learn Brand representation and customer engagement Promotional marketing campaigns Customer acquisition strategies In‑person marketing and presentations Event and promotional activations Lead generation and customer interaction Sales and communication techniques Campaign performance and team goals Leadership and team development What you’ll do Represent nationally recognized brands professionally Engage with customers and introduce them to products and services Support promotional and customer acquisition campaigns Participate in events, activations, and community‑based marketing initiatives Communicate brand messaging directly to customers Help create positive customer experiences Work with teammates and leadership to execute campaigns Receive ongoing training and feedback Who we’re looking for This could be a great fit if you’re: A recent graduate or looking to launch your career Studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field Interested in advertising, branding, sales, or customer psychology Outgoing and comfortable speaking with people Creative but also results‑oriented Coachable and willing to learn Interested in developing leadership skills Previous marketing experience is not required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, event, athletic, or sales experience can be a great foundation. Why BOL Partners?
