Marketing Associate

ROLE SNAPSHOT
This is an entry-level, on-site position that helps execute hands-on marketing, outreach, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Core activities

· Represent campaigns and initiatives in face-to-face settings

· Assist with promotional events and community outreach

· Communicate campaign information clearly to customers and prospects

· Collaborate with the team to meet campaign and engagement goals

Candidate profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
