What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Communications Associate, you’ll: Represent client campaigns through professional face-to-face customer interactions. Communicate products, services, and campaign messaging clearly and confidently. Build relationships with prospective customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Guide customers through the sales process and recommend suitable products and services. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives. Develop a strong understanding of client brands and campaign goals. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are: Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
