Our clinicians integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Method. We are also expanding into Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Full-Time Example (25 sessions/week × 48 weeks/year): Licensed (1099 – 70/30 split): $95K – $115K+ Licensed (W2 – 60/40 split): $80K – $95K+ (plus benefits) Associates (W2 – $50/session): ~$60K Top performers often exceed these ranges through strong retention, niche development, and professional growth.
