Generate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals from customers. Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
