Family Law Paralegal

Job Description Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team! Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation from inception through trial and appeal Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence Coordinate and track deadlines, court dates, and filings Conduct legal and factual research Assist with discovery, including document production, review, and deposition preparation Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trial File legal documents electronically (e-filing) in state and federal courts Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (varies by employer) Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and legal terminology Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with e-discovery platforms Familiarity with trial preparation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 11 Attorney Law Firm with 16 staff people serving the Jersey Shore and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carluccio Leone Dimon Doyle & Sacks
