Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year! This full-time contract position runs from September 4th through June 25th and offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours each week.

As a valued provider on-site at an engaging school setting, you’ll play a vital role in helping students communicate confidently and achieve their educational goals. You’ll manage a diverse elementary caseload and collaborate closely with school staff to deliver quality speech-language services.

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey SLP license (CCC)
• Prior experience in school-based SLP roles
• Strong background in conducting assessments, evaluations, and direct therapy
• Ability to efficiently service assigned caseload and adapt to district expectations
• Comfortable navigating district protocols and school settings
• Reliable transportation for timely attendance
• Commitment to on-site responsibilities—commuting flexibility needed
• Up-to-date TB screening, physical examination, and completed fingerprinting required for onboarding
• Due to supervision structure, candidates must be licensed SLPs (no CF or SLPA candidates accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with all district policies
