What You Will Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor Voice AI solutions that meet their requirements.
• Implement and deploy Voice AI Agents efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the deployment process to maintain client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle.
• Analyze client feedback and usage metrics to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3-6 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
• Proficiency in Python and Go, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Experience in deploying and integrating technology solutions in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with voice technology and AI applications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and deployment processes.
