Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Includes ostomy care. - Cares for general surgery, orthopedic surgery, gyno/uro, sepsis, stroke/neuro, adult ER admits, respiratory conditions, cellulitis, acute cystitis, closed displaced fractures, plastic surgery, AKI, and wound care patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and holidays. - RTO: 5 days or less.

Floating Requirements: - May float within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities if needed.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required for submission
