Integration Solution Architect

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise integration solutions across applications, data platforms, and digital ecosystems. The role requires deep expertise in modern integration patterns, event-driven architectures, API strategy, and middleware technologies to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will architect end-to-end integration solutions spanning Change Data Capture (CDC), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Middleware, Event Streaming Platforms, and API Management (APIM), ensuring high performance, reliability, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end enterprise integration solutions across source systems, CDC pipelines, enterprise bus, middleware, and API layers.
• Define and implement integration patterns for:
  • Real-time event-driven communication
  • Near real-time synchronization
  • Batch data movement
  • Hybrid integration scenarios
• Design scalable CDC → Enterprise Bus → Middleware → APIM data flow architecture for enterprise-wide data exchange.
• Lead architecture and solution design for event-driven platforms using Kafka / Confluent and related streaming technologies.
• Design and govern Kafka-based streaming pipelines, including:
  • Topic strategy and partitioning
  • Producer/consumer patterns
  • Schema management
  • Message durability and replay
  • Error handling and dead-letter queue patterns
• Build and optimize streaming transformations using:
  • Single Message Transforms (SMT)
  • KSQLDB for stream processing and enrichment
  • Apache Flink for advanced stateful event processing and analytics
• Define and govern API contracts for enterprise integrations, including:
  • REST API design standards
  • POST methods for product data ingestion
  • Payload schemas and validation rules
  • API versioning strategy
  • Contract lifecycle governance
• Design reusable integration components and frameworks for:
  • Routing and orchestration
  • Data transformation
  • Schema evolution
  • Retry and resiliency patterns
  • Exception handling
  • Monitoring and observability
• Establish enterprise standards for:
  • Integration architecture
  • Security and compliance
  • API governance
  • Message schema standards
  • Performance optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution validations, and technical governance checkpoints.
• Support delivery teams in resolving critical technical challenges during implementation.
• Prior experience on Finance data transformation will be great.
