What Youll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members over the phone and through other communication channels
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through empathy, active listening, and professionalism
• Document conversations and complete follow-up activities accurately
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting members
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with members
• Follow established processes while adapting to changing business needs
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to deliver strong service outcomes

Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics

• Salary: $53,000 annually
• Overtime eligible
• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Start Date: November 2026
• Full-time position
• Training Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Post-training schedules may run as late as 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling needs

Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
