Hematology/Oncology APP Opening - Des Moines, Iowa Permanent & Full Time Position.Join a leading physician-owned, physician-governed multispecialty group and become part of a high-performing Hematology-Oncology team that values autonomy, compassion, and exceptional patient care. This full-time, clinic-based position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no call, and the chance to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment. About the Opportunity -No call; Monday-Friday schedule-Full-time outpatient role-Primary location in West Des Moines with one day per week Downtown-Join a respected multispecialty group with more than 280 providers-Practice in an autonomous yet highly supportive environment-Opportunity to build strong patient relationships in a compassionate setting Compensation & Benefits -Competitive compensation-401(k) with profit-sharing retirement plan-PTO-CME support-Optional health, dental, and vision insurance-Flexible spending accounts Qualifications -Master's degree required-ARNP or PA-C-Hematology or Oncology experience preferred-Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset Location Highlights Des Moines is a thriving Midwest metro with over 655,000 residents, known for its affordability, excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and strong cultural scene.
