Details Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities if needed No block scheduling accommodations available Uses Epic charting system Requirements Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) required, pending licenses not accepted Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required Utility bill in traveler's name with matching address within the last three months required, showing residence more than 75 miles from the facility Additional Information Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients on the unit Maximum RTO of 5 days per assignment, with no holidays or blackout dates permitted Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be outside a 75-mile radius of the facility Floating requirement extends to all sister facilities within a 75-mile radius Former permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year to be eligible for travel assignments First-time travelers are not considered for this position American Traveler Job ID P-750175.
