Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. May assist with sorting mail, answering phones, filing, and other general clerical duties. Customer service by assisting administrative staff. Qualifications include Good communication skills, Good typing skills, Good analytical skills, Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Accounts Receivable. Assist in filing duties. Reroute calls to appropriate people. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems, and personal computers. Perform data entry. Weekly report requirements. This is an on-site position.
