Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency and excellence Support senior leadership and hold team members accountable for service quality Coach and develop team members by setting a positive example Participate actively in high-volume, fast-paced service activities Train new hires and lead shifts as a key holder Deliver exceptional guest service with respect and enthusiasm Manage cash handling tasks including counting drawers and closing procedures Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Qualifications & Requirements A warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for serving others Ability to create emotional connections and maintain eye contact with guests Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service Capability to manage team member behavior and performance issuesExperience in leadership roles preferred but not required Team player with a servants heart and positive attitude Why Join Chick-fil-A?
