Blush is seeking a natural-born leader to join our front of house management team. This role calls for someone with a strong hospitality background who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service for every guest. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality staff, setting a standard of excellence on the floor. Uphold the fine dining standards guests expect from Blush. Act as a key point of leadership during service, handling guest needs and staff coordination in real time.

Requirements
Extensive background in hospitality, with proven experience in fine dining restaurants. Demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple team members in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership instincts, with the ability to guide a team calmly and effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a natural presence on the floor.
