Licensed Benefit Advisor

*Overview: *
The Licensed Virtual Benefits Advisor helps retirees and Medicare-eligible individuals understand and enroll in health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans. This role focuses on educating customers, conducting needs-based consultations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting compliance and performance standards.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct Medicare and health plan consultations and enroll members in appropriate coverage.
* Manage pre-scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.
* Handle inbound customer service and enrollment calls.
* Respond to voicemails, chats, and customer inquiries promptly.
* Maintain compliance with licensing, AHIP, and carrier certification requirements.
* Meet or exceed performance and quality goals.
*Qualifications*

* Active Health Insurance License required.
* Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
* Medicare or health insurance sales experience preferred.
* Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
*Requirements*

* Active health license with all CE requirements completed.
* No active carrier appointments.
* Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work as a captive agent.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenville, SC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
