The program provides hands-on rotations across departments to develop leadership skills and operational knowledge. You will learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, with the goal of preparing you for career advancement within the company. Responsibilities Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective on business operations. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Qualifications Required Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs apply. Before first day: Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding prior employment Preferred Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role A business or related academic major Leadership/management experience in campus or extracurricular activities Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program. The range reflects factors such as experience, training and business needs. Compensation decisions are made based on facts and circumstances.
