Responsibilities Receive client communications, evaluate issues, and resolve or appropriately escalate them. Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. Perform card administration, create work orders, update data, request reports, and handle various client requests. Validate completion of all requests and acknowledge to the customer. Maintain awareness of customer needs and forward growth or enhancement opportunities to the Account Manager, Sales, or Business Development teams. Communicate any non‑standard client goals or requests to the client’s Account Manager for follow‑up. Understand the policies and procedures of Operations, Service, Account Management, and Billing to set proper expectations for customers. Qualifications 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear speaking voice and professional telephone manner. Strong organizational abilities. Desire to provide excellent customer assistance. Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate with customers and coworkers.
