St. Mary's Marketplace in California, MD is hiring a Salon Manager. We take walk-ins and online check-in.
Lead a team built on real systems, not guesswork.
Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P, with an added 10A-6P shift Mon/Fri and 1P-6P shift Tue/Wed/Thu
Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 10:30A-4P shift
$18.50/hr base plus tips, averaging $32.50-$42.50/hr total
Salon Manager bonus: $0.25 for every haircut the salon does that week

Paid vacation, full-time and part-time
Product sales commission

Requirements:What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).
- Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
- Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.
- Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.
