Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle buying, testing, and delivery process.
• Lead Management: Follow up with phone/internet leads, appointments, and walk-in showroom traffic using dealership CRM software.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of new and used vehicle features, specs, trims, and manufacturer incentives.
• Target Achievement: Work in a fast-paced environment aiming to deliver an average of 12–20+ units per month.

Requirements:

• Experience: No prior automotive sales experience is required; paid training programs are provided.
• Soft Skills: Outgoing "people person" with strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Availability: Open availability including required evening hours and Saturday availability.
• Credentials: Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, plus ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are considered a strong plus.
