This is not a call-center sales position. It is a consultative, detail-oriented role for someone who is naturally curious and takes ownership of getting to the answer.

What We Need From You

As an Technical Sales Associate, we need you to respond to incoming signage inquiries and do discovery, do site surveys to get pictures and measurements, do quick quotes or submit work orders to Design & Estimating, and follow up with these clients to answer their questions and close the deal, and other duties as assigned. If you can do this, and have the qualifications below, apply now!:

• Sales or customer service proven track record.
• Live within a 30-35 min commute from our DFW Irving shop.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in technical sales, estimating, project coordination, account management, construction, manufacturing, architectural products, printing, signage, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with measurements, dimensions, drawings, photographs and specifications.
• Ability to learn technical products and terminology.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM/project-management systems, email, spreadsheets and web-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple active opportunities & priorities each day in a fast-paced environment
• A PLUS if you have experience working in the sign industry
