Success Matcher Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing, cutting-edge tech startup to find a powerhouse Talent Coordinator . In this role, you will serve as the right hand to the Head of Talent, managing the operational engine behind all recruiting activity. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to touch every part of the recruiting process from candidate management to interview coordination and offer logistics. Working directly alongside leadership, you will keep hiring moving at startup speed, with a clear, direct path to grow into a full Recruiter as the company scales. What You Will Be Doing Candidate Experience & ATS Management: Own the candidate pipeline in Ashby—tracking progress, sending timely follow‑ups, collecting feedback, and ensuring impeccable data accuracy. Interview Logistics: Master the calendar. You will coordinate interview loops and schedule complex panels across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. External Partner Coordination: Manage ongoing relationships and communications with external partners, including outsourcers and recruiting agencies. Operations & Reporting: Support the offer process, generate recruiting reports, and build out internal process documentation. Scaling Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants (EAs) to coordinate candidate work trials and other logistical needs as the team expands. What You Bring to the Team Experience: 1+ years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR admin, or fast-paced operational support role. The Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a high sense of urgency, and view ambiguity as an opportunity to build structure. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern recruiting and scheduling tools. Experience with Ashby, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You will be the face of the company to candidates and external partners alike. What’s in It for You?
