This role is well suited for a disciplined, accountable sales professional who takes ownership of their territory and is motivated to build strong client relationships while driving consistent results.
Novatech is seeking an Account Executive to support clients throughout the Virginia Beach, Virginia market and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys developing new business, expanding market presence, and building long-term client partnerships.
Success in this role requires a high level of personal ownership, consistency, and follow-through in managing a territory and delivering results.
8-Week Sales Development Program In-depth training on Novatech's products, sales model, and tools to set you up for success.
Ongoing Development Continuous opportunities throughout the year to build your technical, sales, and product knowledge.
Collaborative Team Environment Work alongside an outstanding team of professionals and receive coaching, mentorship, and peer support.
Generate opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
Develop and grow a territory by identifying and engaging new clients.
Execute the sales process with consistency, including pipeline management and forecasting.
Build relationships within the Virginia Beach business community to expand market presence.
Deliver consultative solutions aligned to client needs across information technology, print, cloud, and security.
Engage decision-makers and executive leadership with confidence and credibility.
Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity expectations.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing a territory.
Consistent prospecting habits and pipeline development.
Professional maturity and follow-through in managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Motivation to build business and grow within a defined market.
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Business-to-business outside sales experience required.
Preferred experience within technology, managed services, or a related industry.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Residence within the Virginia Beach, Virginia market or reasonable commuting distance to support the assigned territory.
Base salary commensurate with experience.
Uncapped commission potential aligned to performance.
