Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage treatment plans with our team of five dedicated doctors, ensuring each child's care is tailored to their unique needs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing clear and compassionate communication about treatment options and procedures. • Facilitate a seamless patient experience by scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with families. • Collaborate with our administrative team to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all dental regulations. • Support the practice's growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions. • Educate families on dental health practices, empowering them with the knowledge to maintain their children's bright, healthy smiles. • Assist in financial discussions by explaining treatment costs and payment options, ensuring families feel informed and supported in their decisions. Qualifications: Experience in coordinating treatment plans within a dental setting. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with families, ensuring they understand treatment options and procedures. Proven track record of managing patient appointments and follow-ups, enhancing the overall patient experience. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.
