Description
Champion Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and passionate Director of Patient Experience to join our team in Cumming. This full-time, on-site position presents an exceptional opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and overall care quality within our hospitality-focused environment.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the patient experience, ensuring that our services are aligned with the highest standards of care and hospitality. You will work closely with clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all patients. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our mission to provide exemplary care while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient experience improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in patient care
- Establish patient advocacy programs to promote patient rights and needs
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Lead regular meetings to review patient experience metrics and outcomes
- Promote a culture of service excellence throughout the organization
Requirements
- Strong passion for improving patient care and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems and patient needs
- Proficient in data analysis and feedback interpretation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Degree in healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field is a plus
