Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days

Required Procedures: Preferred Well woman care, IUD insertion/removal, Newborn (birth-30 days), Infant (30 days - 1 year), Toddler (1-2 years), Child (3-13 years), Newborn care, Newborn resuscitation, General inpatient PICU inpatient

Job Requirements:

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (If BE, 5 years or less since residency)

Licenses: Licensed in CA

DEA: Active DEA required

Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions including preventive care and health maintenance.

Perform routine physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations.

Document patient encounters and ensure chart closure within 72 hours.

Collaborate with support staff (RNs, MAs) for efficient patient flow.
