Area: Tax & Accounting ClerkReports to: Russell HallShift: Full time days and On-siteWage: Starts at $16.00/hr Lifetime Products is looking for an internal candidate who is ready to grow, learn, and contribute as a Tax & Accounting Clerk. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, asking good questions, solving problems, and supporting multiple areas of the accounting department, with a focus on tax-related work and reporting.What You'll Do:Support tax-related accounting tasks, reporting, documentation, account reconciliations, and other applicable tasks.Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns accurately and timely across applicable states.Reconcile reports, research discrepancies, and help resolve questions or issues.Assist with yearly income tax return filings and provide requested support.Look for ways to improve processes, audit standard work, and ask thoughtful questions.Provide accounting support to other teams throughout the company for team projects.Support other projects and tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For:A positive team member who balances individual responsibilities with department goals.A desire to learn and grow within the accounting department.A curious mindset and willingness to ask questions.Self-motivation and the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.Strong Excel knowledge preferred.Familiarity with D365 preferred but not required.Excellent attendance and performance record.Must be able to pass background screening.If you are looking for a chance to build your accounting knowledge, take on meaningful work, and support a team that works with many areas of the company, we encourage you to apply.
