Looking to fill a Full Time/Part Time Reception/ Front Desk Position in a professional environment. For 20 years, we have been committed to providing premier and professional office solutions. This position is vital to our organization and clients. The right person would be personable with great customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and handling or directing accordingly
- Greeting clients
- Receiving mail and packages for clients; notifying and disbursing accordingly
- Maintaining meeting room scheduling
- Recording daily charges
- Misc clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk role
- Communication proficiency - Bilingual a plus English / Spanish
- Customer Service and Team Player Mentality
- Ethical conduct
- Flexibility
- Dependability
- Knowledge of Office 365 a plus
- Knowledge of Morningstar System a plus
