Seven Reasons Group is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at our dual concept establishment located in The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C.

Quadrant Bar & Lounge - An exclusive destination featuring contemporary French-(Latin) American cuisine and premiere mixology in an elegant, entertaining environment that celebrates Washington, DC.
The Saga - Chef Enrique Limardo's culminating restaurant showcasing evolved Spanish-influenced cuisine with top-tier hospitality, featuring an open kitchen concept designed by award-winning OOAK designers.
Prep Cook
We are looking for organized, detail-oriented team members who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and preparation while supporting daily kitchen operations.
• Daily prep production and mise en place
• Following recipes and preparation standards
• Supporting multiple kitchen stations
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assisting with receiving, storage, and production needs
• Supporting service preparation and kitchen readiness QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience in upscale restaurants or hotels is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude BENEFITS:
