Onboarding Specialist (Cinci)- #

An Onboarding Specialist job is currently available with Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. The Onboarding Specialist will support Belcan's core principles in earning trust as a true business partner for our Operations throughout the United States. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible to partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources Managers to efficiently onboard candidates to ensure employee readiness on the first day of work. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
• Coordinate customer-specific onboarding requirements, including testing and certifications.
• Resolve onboarding issues by working with Accurate and E-Verify support teams.
• Maintain and update onboarding tracking systems.
• Provide onboarding documentation and instructions to new hires.
• Ensure compliance with Belcan and customer vetting requirements.
• Order and monitor background checks and drug screenings.
• Process and validate Form I-9 documentation.
• Track candidate status, outstanding items, and start dates.
• Enter and maintain employee information in E-Verify, ATS systems, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of onboarding and/or HR Generalist experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SmartSearch, Tracker or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
