Enterprise Resources Planning Program Manager

Title: Program Manager
12 month contract (possible extension)
Location: Chicago, IL ( REQUIRED) + 50% TRAVEL!!! (Omaha, Kansas City, Denver, Cleveland)
(Travel is expensed)
2 Round Interview Process
W2 (no c2c or sponsorship available)
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of program/project management experience
- 10+ years of ERP implementation experience (JD Edwards required)
- Experience with large-scale, multi-system deployments (ERP + WMS together)
- Distribution/supply chain/warehousing industry background — non-negotiable
- Comfortable presenting to and working alongside EVPs, VPs, and Presidents
- Ability to build a master program plan that aligns multiple project timelines
- Strong EQ and stakeholder management — must integrate like an employee, not a consultant
Nice-to-Haves
- Infor WMS experience (ideal, but generic WMS with large deployments is acceptable)
- Shopify or ecommerce platform exposure
- Workato or middleware/integration experience
- PMP certification (plus, not required)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
