Study Hall Monitor

Job Description and Position Requirements The Morgan Academic Center is accepting applications for Study Hall Monitors for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are seeking graduate or post‑graduate individuals who can help support a structured academic environment for student‑athletes. Primary Responsibilities Maintaining a quiet environment conducive to studying Supervising student‑athletes during independent study sessions Providing tutoring and mentoring support Monitoring computer lab usage Assisting with other assigned study hall duties Serving as a first point of contact for emergencies outside of regular business hours This position allows for up to 20 hours per week; however, hours are not guaranteed and will be assigned based on departmental need and individual availability . Evening and Sunday hours may be required. Scheduling is flexible when possible. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is typically required for this position.
