We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who knows how to connect with people, earn trust, and execute with purpose. This role is built for someone who enjoys understanding customer operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and working through a structured sales process to develop long‑term customer relationships. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve customer service Manage sales opportunities and follow up consistently Develop and carry out a local market growth plan Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support Address customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner Use customer information and account activity to guide sales efforts What We're Looking For Comfortable using leading indicators, customer insights, and account activity to guide decision‑making and sales execution Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related role Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction Why Join Us?
