This opportunity is with a well-established commercial general contractor. The company operates as a large organization, offering expertise in delivering commercial construction solutions to clients across diverse sectors. We are seeking to add a Project Manager - Commercial Construction to our team!
Job Description
- Experience in ground up commercial construction required
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow and minimize delays.

- A solid understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
