We are partnering with a rapidly growing, cutting-edge healthcare organization in Burr Ridge that is looking to add an HR Generalist to its team. You'll work from an upscale Burr Ridge office and join a growing HR team where you'll have visibility across the organization and the opportunity to make an impact rather than simply process paperwork. What You'll Do This is a hands-on HR Generalist role supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee changes and terminations HRIS transactions and employee record maintenance Responding to employee HR questions and providing day-to-day support Maintaining and auditing personnel files Improving HR processes, workflows, checklists and documentation Supporting corporate recruiting, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communication Coordinating internal promotions, transfers and career opportunities Partnering with HR leadership to identify and improve processes as the company continues to grow What We’re Looking For 4 years of progressive HR experience HR Generalist or HR Operations experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong communication, organization and follow-through Experience working with HRIS systems Paylocity and Salesforce experience is a plus Healthcare experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000--$85,000 In addition to base compensation, the company offers: Hybrid schedule -- 2 days working from home Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance with very affordable employee contributions Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid disability and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Upscale Burr Ridge office environment If you're an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and wants to join a fast-growing healthcare company where you can have a visible impact , this is an opportunity worth exploring. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6 Degrees Search
