Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and earning performance-based incentives? We're seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives who enjoy engaging with customers, closing sales, and building lasting relationships.

In this role, you will primarily work with warm inbound leads and existing customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. You will also conduct outbound follow-up calls to qualified prospects and existing customers for renewals and contract extensions.

This is not a high-volume cold-calling position. Success is driven by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting qualified opportunities into sales.

This is a work from home position. However, all training and nesting will be conducted in person on site at our San Antoinio office location. Upon completion of the training and nesting period and demonstrated achievement of key performance goals you would be approved to work remotely from home.

Compensation

$41,080 annual base salary plus monthly performance incentives.

Target annual earnings for successful representatives range from $47,000-$58,000+, with top performers earning more based on sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Convert warm inbound leads into new customers through consultative selling techniques.
• Follow up with prospective customers who have requested information or expressed interest in our services.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers regarding renewals, contract extensions, and retention opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences during every interaction.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training programs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of inside sales, telesales, or call center sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and continuously improve performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be available during operating hours:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
• Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Remote Work Requirements

To work remotely, employees must:

• Connect through a U.S.-based internet provider (no VPN).
• Use a secure internet connection (Ethernet preferred).
• Maintain reliable internet speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
• Meet company security and technology requirements.
