Entry-Level Outside Sales - Waterfront & Marina Solutions

Marinetek North America is a leading provider of premium floating dock systems, marina infrastructure, and waterfront solutions. We work with marinas, municipalities, developers, yacht clubs, and waterfront property owners throughout North America. We are growing and looking for someone who is hungry to learn, driven to succeed, and excited to build a career in sales. No marine industry experience is required—we will provide the training and mentorship needed to succeed. About the Role This is an entry-level sales position designed for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow professionally. The successful candidate will work directly with experienced sales professionals, learning the marina and waterfront industry while helping generate leads, build customer relationships, and support the sales process. Responsibilities Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and industry research. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff. Maintain customer information in HubSpot CRM. Assist with proposal preparation and follow-up communications. Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events. Learn Marinetek products, marina construction, and waterfront infrastructure solutions. Build relationships with marina owners, contractors, engineers, and developers. Follow up consistently with prospects and customers. Support the sales team with market research and business development activities. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Required Skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and competitive mindset. Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships. Organized and detail-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Preferred Skills Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, boating, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Pay range and compensation package Commission and bonus opportunities.
