Senior Manager

Owning the full paid media strategy, the full-time Senior Manager of Paid Media will develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, manage significant media budgets, and drive MQL targets in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage the annual paid media strategy across K-12 Domestic, International, and Performing Arts segments Optimize campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels Oversee budget reporting and performance metrics, ensuring accountability from agency partners Required qualifications: 5-7 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct budget ownership Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Demonstrated experience achieving MQL or pipeline targets in B2C or B2B2C settings Strong analytics skills with experience in dashboards and performance data Experience managing external media agencies and familiarity with K-12 education or travel sectors (preferred)
