Territory Sales Manager

Job Description Position: Sales Representative (Remote) Location: US-MN-Saint Paul (Midwest Region) – Remote home‑based. Employment Type: Full Time, Salaried. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans both volume and profit within assigned territory. Secure and maintain distribution agreements with customers. Communicate directly with current and prospective customers. Adjust swiftly to changing dynamics of Novolex brands, products, and processes. Perform field promotion and develop new accounts. Demonstrate products and advise on best application. Contact prospects and explain product features and merits using persuasive techniques. Analyze sales records, trends, costs, revenue, and administrative commitments. Report trends and records to management. Close sales transactions. Service accounts and manage relationships regarding pricing, warranty claims, receivables, etc. Qualifications Must be willing to travel frequently (40‑50%) including overnight travel as needed. Strong initiative, problem solving, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills (written, presentation, and verbal). Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to function independently. Valid driver’s license. Education and Experience BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing, or related field. 2‑3 years of previous sales experience. Relevant industry experience preferred. Compensation Base salary range: $75,000 - $125,000 plus bonus and benefits. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and education.
