Supportive doctors who work with you, not above you What You'll Do:Provide leadership and direction to all staff members.Manage team schedules and coordinate daily workflow.Address and resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently.Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and practice profitability.Maintain vendor relationships and oversee supply management.Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and retention.Support team members through coaching, feedback, and career development.Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.You're a Great Fit If You:Have a high school diploma + minimum of three years in dental office management or a related fieldLove people and have a heart for serviceHave great communication, problem solving and leadership skills,Want a career, not just a jobValue personal growth and team collaboration Not a Fit If:You prefer working aloneYou are uncomfortable handling conflict or problem resolution.Change makes you uncomfortable, and you often resist it.
