Dialysis LVN / LPN

This position involves providing care for patients undergoing dialysis treatments. Candidates must have experience in both chronic outpatient and acute settings. Responsibilities include administering blood and blood products and performing dialysate conductivity testing. Candidates will be required to float to all dialysis locations as needed. Shifts will vary from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm, including rotating Saturdays. Must be capable of managing dysrhythmias, infection control, and cardiac emergencies. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential for patient management. Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of patient care related to dialysis, including fluid overload and hemolysis management. The role requires adherence to infection control protocols and ability to follow established guidelines for patient care.
