Responsibilities Manage and provide leadership to a team of Branch Managers. Coordinate operational and day‑to‑day functional activities. Communicate and develop operational plans for district and regional leadership. Manage district‑wide strategy rollouts, budgets and goals. Collect data and submit reports. Determine market opportunities for new products and services. Ensure operational activities stay within expense budget. Communicate and reinforce safety compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a related field. Must operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the work week; an acceptable motor‑vehicle record is required. Preferred Qualifications Progressive experience in operations management, ideally in a district or multi‑site leadership role. Proficiency in operational analysis, performance metrics and data‑driven decision‑making. Experience implementing process improvement and optimizing operational efficiencies. Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a record of coaching, mentoring and team development. Thorough understanding of safety regulations (EHS) and experience implementing safety programs. Salary (California) Pay range: $125,800.00–$207,800.00 annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr
