Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package. Position Overview: The Mitigation Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, and nurture a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best, setting a positive example as a leader. Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and company, driving a results-oriented approach. Lead the team in achieving and exceeding targets, consistently delivering exceptional results. Collaborate with department heads and executives to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance. Foster strong client relationships and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the mitigation field. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire, and lead teams to success in mitigation. Texas MRC license preferred but not required. Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a vision.
