INFINITI and Lincoln of Coconut Creek's fast-paced Business Development Call Center (BDC) is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Appointment Setters to respond to inquiries from interested shoppers, provide information about our vehicles, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, follow up, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and more.

You will:

• Engage with Customers : Respond to inquiries from interested shoppers via phone, email, and social media, providing information about our vehicles and services.
• Schedule Appointments : Schedule and confirm appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to visit.
• Lead Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system, tracking leads, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate : Work closely with the sales and service departments to optimize lead conversion and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Automotive BDC Sales / Call Center experience is preferred.
  Bilingual is a plus. 
• A sales mindset, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
