Director of Digital Marketing

Job Overview – Director of Digital Marketing Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000/year + bonus Location: Waltham, MA Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing in Waltham, MA for our client, supporting enterprise digital marketing, marketing technology, customer engagement, and commercial growth initiatives. This executive leadership role will drive digital strategy across marketing, product management, sales, and technology while leading digital transformation initiatives that improve customer acquisition, product adoption, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading digital marketing within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related B2B industries. Responsibilities as the Director of Digital Marketing Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Marketing Technology: Lead the optimization of marketing technology, automation, customer data, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities. Campaign Management: Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, search, paid media, social media, and other digital channels. Analytics & Performance: Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and leverage customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities, marketing processes, customer experiences, and technology adoption. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop the digital marketing team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies on strategic initiatives. Qualifications for the Director of Digital Marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. MBA is preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing operations experience, including leadership experience, is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience within healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, B2B technology, or another regulated industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital analytics, SEO, customer data platforms, and AI-enabled marketing technologies is required.
